Nearly Ninety Flights Linked to Epstein Allegedly Came to or from British Airfields

A review has found that close to 90 aircraft journeys connected to Jeffrey Epstein reportedly landed at and took off from UK airports, with some reportedly having onboard British women who claim they were exploited by the found guilty child sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Pattern of Travel

The flight logs were among a trove of legal papers and papers made public by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the previous twelve months. The analysis uncovered 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – landing or taking off from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed female passengers were listed among the individuals travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these UK flights occurred after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a minor.

“It was ‘shocking’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” said US lawyers acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

A statement from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. However, that survivor has not received any contact by British law enforcement, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a response, the the Met stated they had “not received any further evidence that would support reopening the probe.” They noted, “If fresh and pertinent information be brought to our attention, encompassing any resulting from the disclosure of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Legal Rulings

A bill to make public all files held by the US government in concerning Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. Hundreds of thousands of documents are projected to be released.

Additionally, a federal judge decided last week that the DOJ could disclose case files from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
